Viola A. Johnson-Robinson

Viola A. Johnson-Robinson, Ft. Washington, MD
is a native Washingtonian. Following college she taught briefly in the District of Columbia school system followed by twenty plus years at the Drug Enforcement Administration as a contractor with the Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Information System. After graduating from Howard University School of Social Work, she began a career as a licensed social worker in Washington, DC and Maryland and has worked in a variety of positions including medical social work as well as patient advocate for hospital discharge planning. She has also served as a contract social worker at Armed Forces Retirement Home, advocating for clients in the aging network and assisting families. Mrs. Robinson is a member Ladies of Charity of the Archdiocese of Washington where she served as president from 2016-2018. She is married to James Robinson and has two adult daughters.
